Ripley Town Centre

Ripley Town Centre will be the heart and soul of the Ripley Valley. In keeping with Sekisui House’s philosophy of seamless integration, it will be built around the geographical features of the valley, in order to preserve and enhance the natural character.


The Ripley Town Centre will be the primary Town Centre for the entire Ripley Valley region with provisions for 257,000m2 GFA (which equates to approx. 40 football fields in size) providing:

With the site officially opened, civil works will commence on Stage 1 of Ripley Town Centre in the coming months and will be operational in mid to late 2017. 

The Hermitage

Located in Sydney's newest suburb, Gledswood Hills, The Hermitage is Sekisui House's first masterplanned community in Australia.
