Roof Sarking and Ventilation package
Better still, we now offer a Roof Sarking package as part of our standard inclusions. Roof Sarking Insulation reflects up to 95% of radiant heat entering the roof space, keeping your new home cooler in summer and warmer in winter. Roof Sarking will also provide added thermal insulation all year round.
Roof ventilation is included in the package to improve the performance of your insulation, also reducing the roof space heat build-up by expelling hot air and bringing cooler air in from the outside. This means you can enjoy reduced energy costs in the heating and cooling of your new home for the long term.
