With the continuing growth of Sekisui House Australia, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Care Consultant, located at Baulkham Hills, NSW.
 
The Customer Care Consultant is responsible for the coordination of inspections, settlements and
customer service responsibilities. This role will have full responsibility for attending to customer and
public enquiries in adherence to the company`s philosophy and customer service standards.
The role  
  • Meet and greet customers and clients upon entry to the Sales Office
  • Maintaining up to date customers and clients records
  • Organising and coordinating valuations, inspections and settlements
  • Communicating with owners, purchasers, agents, builders and solicitors
  • Providing brief information on units, features and structure of the building
  • Reporting and following up defects, co-ordinating with builders on availability and defect rectifications
  • Coordinating and finalising settlements
  • Proactively managing comprehensive, regular and timely communications with customers regarding their queries and complaints
  • Organising Handover packs and appointments
  • Providing office administration support including general office duties and general administrative duties where required
  • Ensuring the front office reception is presented in a clean and tidy manner and the front desk is attended at all times
