With the continuing growth of Sekisui House Australia, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Letting & Customer Care Manager, located at West End, QLD.
 
The Letting & Customer Care Manager is responsible for the day to day operation of leasing activity and customer care programs for the Park and Lexington residential buildings at West Village.
 
The role  
  • Liaison with owners and tenants
  • Production of all necessary owner and tenant forms
  • Internal audit of form 6 and form 18 agreements
  • Property advertising
  • Introduction, and qualification of tenants
  • Trust account receipting and reconciliation
  • Handling of RTA bonds
  • Management of arrears
  • Tenancy breaches where necessary
  • Attendance at QCAT if required
  • Property inspections
  • Production of entry and exit condition reports
  • Monitoring adherence to by-laws as set out by the Body Corporate
  • Management of junior staff
  • Management of in-room maintenance and liaison with Community Title Management staff as necessary
  • Management of the customer care, settlement and defect programs in conjunction with the West Village Sales and Marketing Teams.

Skills and experience
ESSENTIAL
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in letting roles
  • Experience and or qualifications in real estate letting
  • Experience with Console operating system (particularly Trust Accounting) and ADL forms
  • Experience in QCAT applications
  • Sound understanding of the local business environment
  • Sound use of Microsoft Office software
  • Solid knowledge of Body Corporate legislation and components of Management Rights assets
  • Driver’s license
  • Ability to work across the 7-day week as required
