With the continuing growth of Sekisui House Australia, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Marketing Assistant, located at Wentworth Point, NSW.
 
The Marketing Assistant is responsible for the operational delivery of all internal and external marketing activities to support the successful delivery of Sekisui House business objectives, philosophies and core values for the Sekisui House Development and Communities team.

 
The role
  • Work across all Wentworth Point projects under Sales and Marketing Business unit with assistance to Development as required
  • Preparation of weekly sales and marketing reporting providing feedback and recommendations to the Sales and Marketing Operations Manager
  • Processing of sales and marketing invoices and budget maintenance in line with approved budgets
  • Assist with general administrative tasks
  • Coordinate weekly advertising and media requirements based on approved communications plans
  • Assist with the preparation of the marketing campaigns, brief and liaise with creative agency and other suppliers
  • Prepare and maintain sales centre marketing materials and the general overall maintenance of the Sales Display
  • Assist with the implementation of project marketing initiatives to assist with the attainment of project sales and marketing objectives and targets
  • Undertake competitor analysis and market research for reporting purposes

Skills and experience

ESSENTIAL
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a business related role
Demonstrated competence in understanding the use and application of sales and marketing principles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interested in and foundational level analytical and reporting skills
Sound interpersonal skills
Strong customer service focus
