With the continuing growth of Sekisui House Australia, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Administrator, located at West End, QLD. 
The Project Administrator is required to provide a high level of administrative and accounting support to the development teams and the QLD office.

The role
  • Raising of purchase orders and work orders in Workbench for all projects and finalisation of vouchers for payment
  • Provide full administration support to Ripley development project teams, including document control, work processing and management of IT requirements
  • Management of internal and external meeting requirements, such as catering and preparation of meeting material and presentations
  • Compilation and distribution of monthly reports, meeting minutes, agendas and financials for Ripley projects
  • Management and ordering of office consumables and stationery for Sales offices and various Site office in Ripley
  • Management and maintenance of company registers and manuals, including cab charge maintenance and ordering
  • Undertaking competitor market research
  • Assist in settlement statement finalisation and reconciliation of accounts for Ripley project, including all post care management
  • Workbench reporting, maintenance and management for all Ripley projects
  • Remittance distribution and liaison between the Ripley Project Team and Corporate Accounts department, including forwarding of all invoices to head office for payment
  • Liaison between suppliers and managers in relation to any contracting or accounting issues
  • Coordination of Ripley project sales office fit-outs and implementation of system


Skills and experience


  • The ability to multi task and deal with conflicting priorities
  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages at an Intermediate level
  • Previous experience in an Administration / support role
  • Previous experience in the Property/Construction industry would be advantageous
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to show initiative and make recommendations for process improvement
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with senior managers, colleagues, suppliers and customers
  • Possess a Proactive “can do” attitude
  • Customer serviced focused
