With the continuing growth of Sekisui House Australia, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator, located at Macquarie Park, NSW.
 
The Sales Administrator is responsible for providing administrative duties for the NSW Home Building division in support of delivering set sales business outcomes.
The role  
  • Responsible for all facets of Home Building office and administration duties, traversing House and Land packages and contract homes
  • Liaise with developers, agents and sales and marketing staff on a regular basis
  • Responsible for the updating and monitoring of relevant NSW Home building reports and spreadsheets
  • Co-ordinate and be responsible for accurate upkeep of price lists for Home and Land packages
  • Responsible for all aspects of Home & Land package workflow pre-release to market
  • Work closely with the procurement and drafting / permits teams for pre-release home and land package preparation
  • Work closely with the drafting / permits team for preparation of customer plans
  • Update workflow system and generate reporting as required.
  • Facilitate necessary co-ordination and distribution of land sales advices to our legal team and developers
  • Produce, update and maintain sales files for NSW Home building transactions
  • Be responsible for the preparation and dispatch of Home Building Agreements
  • Work closely with the Customer Service Officers to ensure smooth workflow transitions, post contract signing
  • Liaise with external developers ensuring that package documentation is accurately presented and provide the link between the developer and Sekisui House
  • Liaise with Sekisui House legal team regarding conveyancing matters on purchased land

Skills and experience
ESSENTIAL
  • Ability to accurately manage contracts with a well-developed knowledge of Contract Management practices and processes, both contracts for sale and Home Building Contracts
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Strong negotiation skills and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of relevant building processes, both pre and post construction
  • Understanding of the home building sales process
  • Understanding of the legal processes of land purchases
  • Excellent report presentation, literacy and business writing skills
  • Computer literate in office applications
  • Current driver’s licence
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the Residential Building Industry
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of House and Land processes and procedures
