With the continuing growth of Sekisui House Australia, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Executive, located at Gledswood Hills, NSW.
 
The Sales Executive is responsible for the assistance, support and facilitation of necessary sales functions and customer service responsibilities as required.
The role  
  • Meet and greet customers upon entry to the Sales Office / display homes when required
  • General administration duties as requested
  • Be capable of undertaking appointments with prospective purchasers off site i.e. at theirplace residence, Macquarie Park headquarters
  • Facilitate the execution of tenders and Home Building agreements with purchasers forHouse and Land split contract transactions
  • Liaise with and assist external agents to facilitate sales
  • Accompany prospective purchasers during site visits and inspections of properties
  • Reception and hostess duties when required
  • Liaise with legal representatives for both the vendor and purchaser
  • Event co-ordination and assistance
  • Ownership and delivery of sales and customer relations KPI’s as set out by the business
  • Co-ordination and preparation of point of sale material when required

Skills and experience
ESSENTIAL
  • Must hold a current and valid Certificate of Registration NSW or Real Estate Licence NSW, as a minimum qualification
  • Ability to work and interact in both a team environment and autonomously
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy, MS Office, Outlook
  • Analytical and report writing ability
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
