With the continuing growth of Sekisui House Australia, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Sales Executive, located at Ripley Valley, QLD.
The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for representing the company in line with corporate philosophies and to introduce and educate prospective customers on its products and to achieve sales and profit targets.

The role  
  • Working with the Marketing team and the Sales Manager to promote the sale of land through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services
  • Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases
  • Manage the sales process from enquiry through to contract negotiation
  • Liaise with the Company’s lawyers for the issue, exchange and settlement of contracts for land sales in conjunction with the Sales Manager
  • Using the Company’s CRM system to provide status reports on sales enquiries and sales status
  • Maintaining effective communications with internal and external parties relating to housing products, specifications, permitted variations and delivery expectations
  • Identify customer needs and demonstrate products to suit their requirements
  • Assist in maintaining display centres/sales offices in line with company standards
  • Present all files and paperwork in the required format and standards
  • Ensure the sales office is open in line with specified open days and hours
  • Develop and maintain a network of industry partners such as land developers, financiers and local community providers
  • Meeting or exceeding sales performance criteria
  • Consistently achieving sales and profit targets
  • Maximising sale margins

Skills and experience

  • Hold a current real estate agent licence
  • Hold a current driver’s licence
  • Must be a self-starter who shows initiative and is results driven
  • Comfortable with the sales process from start to finish and can turn leads into sales
  • The ability to build rapport and generate trust with clients
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Understanding of construction/ home building
  • Proven track record in land sales
  • Experience with off the plan selling
