Home Building Agreement

Your Home Building Agreement (contract) confirms the cost of building and sets the terms for which we will build your new home.

Once you’ve signed your Home Building Agreement, it's time to choose the colours for your new home!

Building your new home

Sekisui House provides the Authority to Commence Construction (ACC) after your Development Application is approved, and your Construction Certificate and any other necessary building approvals have been received.

Each stage of construction involves a checklist of up to 45 items to ensure the long term performance of your home.
