Melrose Park Village February Project Update

We are pleased to provide the first construction update for Melrose Park Village. The demolition and site clearing works are now complete, and many of the trees and plants from the old display suite have been successfully replanted as environmental works continue on site.

Piling, shoring and capping beam works for the basement will commence shortly and will be part of a three-month program.

In the meantime, detailed design work is underway for the structure and services for podium level. Out on Victoria Road, infrastructure works are also continuing, with service relocations finishing next month and the project access road will be completed by the second quarter of this year.
