The third stage of Melrose Park, ‘Pulse and Pavilion’ is now taking shape, with structural works progressing rapidly.

Major concrete pours are scheduled every four days – level four of the southern building, Pavilion, will be poured by the end of October.

At the same time, the third level will also be poured for the northern building, Pulse.

Meanwhile, work on installing services in the basements is continuing.

Construction of a prototype apartment has commenced and will be completed in the coming months.

Boston Marketing Managing Director Rhys Morgan, selling the project on behalf of Sekisui House, said the prototype will be an exciting milestone.

“This prototype apartment will give purchasers an excellent opportunity to view the superior design and finishes,’’ he said.

The project has recorded excellent sales, with just nine yet to be sold out of the 156 under construction.

Road works are also on track, with one service road due for completion in February next year and a new entry road off Victoria Road scheduled to be finished by August 2022.
