Melrose Park Reaches Another Milestone With Grand Reveal
Melrose Park has reached another major milestone with a Grand Reveal event for the second stage, The Residences, held earlier this month. Excited purchasers were invited back to Melrose Park to view their apartments for the first time.
Boston Marketing Managing Director Rhys Morgan, who is selling the apartments on behalf of Sekisui House Australia, said: “The feedback we are receiving from buyers is fantastic, exceeding their expectations from their initial purchase off-the-plan to the final product today.”
Purchaser Amy Luichareonkit said, after viewing her apartment, which she purchased after a 30-minute tour of the display suite, she was pleased with the final product.
“After a long wait we came today with excitement – the unit that we bought we are quite happy with it.’’
Purchaser Kyu Oh said he was surprised by the size of the two-bedroom apartment and relieved it would fit all his new furniture.
“We are really happy with it – it is quite grand.”
Kyu said Sekisui House’s reputation was a key factor in deciding to purchase at Melrose Park North.
Kyu’s wife Sarah Ngo said the unit exceeded her expectations.
She said the customer service team had been helpful and was looking forward to moving in.
“They have been there all through lockdown to answer all my questions – they’ve been great.’’
Residents will soon be able to move into their apartments, designed by award-winning architects Allen Jack+Cottier, joining One Melrose residents who moved into their apartments in 2020.
