Laguna & Glade

Once the Notice to Settle’ has been issued, you will receive an email containing information on the key collection, including a booking link, to schedule a date and time to collect your keys, following the successful settlement of your property.

Once you have settled on your property, you will be invited to book your move-in on Building Link. Your login details will be provided to you in the weeks prior to Settlement.

Willow (Stage 3) is due for completion in the second half of 2026.

Embedded networks are private electricity networks that serve multiple premises, such as in apartment blocks. This means that all apartments within Laguna & Glade will be serviced by the same provider, Origin Energy.

Whilst there is not an embedded network for the internet provider, your apartment will be NBN ready upon settlement.

Your closest supermarket are:

  • Orange Supermarket located within the Pierside Shopping Centre, or
  • Coles located at Marina Square.

Owners must seek written approval from the Body Corporate before starting any building works, alterations, or renovations.
