Yes, Laguna & Glade is home to a luxury residents BBQ facility located on within the Neighbourhood Green a Pool located on Level 1 and a Gym located on Level 2.
The common areas are anticipated to be available for use once you have settled on your property.
Yes, the embedded network provided in Laguna & Glade is Origin Energy.
Embedded networks are private electricity networks that serve multiple premises, such as in apartment blocks. This means that all apartments within Laguna & Glade will be serviced by the same provider, Origin Energy.
Whilst there is not an embedded network for the internet provider, your apartment will be NBN ready upon settlement. Once you have successfully settled on your apartment, you will be able to sign up with an internet supplier of your choice.
Willow is scheduled for construction completion in the second half of 2026.
