Construction begins at Aeris

Construction is now underway at Aeris, the sixth residential stage at Melrose Park with builder Parkview Constructions (Parkview) appointed to deliver the landmark development.

  

A sod turning ceremony was held in March to officially mark the start of construction, signalling the transition from planning into full construct works on site. Despite recent periods of heavy rain, the project team is continuing to progress works while targeting completion in Q3 2028.

Major construction activity has commenced across the site with piling, capping beam installation and excavation currently underway as the foundations for the development are established.

Parkview was selected to deliver Aeris based on its long-standing partnership with Sekisui House Australia and its proven track record across major residential projects.

 

Established in 1997, Parkview has built a reputation for excellence in residential and mixed-use developments and worked with the business for more than 13 years across several masterplanned communities.

 

The partnership also includes the successful delivery of Melrose Park Village, where Parkview constructed 421 apartments across six residential buildings along with a range of resident amenities including rooftop spaces, landscaped gardens, a gym, yoga room and communal facilities.

 

Aeris will comprise 468 premium apartments across two slender towers and a mid-rise building, representing one of the largest residential stages within the Melrose Park masterplan.
