Dawn moves into construction phase

Construction at Dawn is making strong progress with significant milestones achieved since our November turning of the sod update. Bulk excavation and removal of material is now 98 percent complete, marking a major step forward in preparing the site for the next phase of works. 

Over the coming three to four months, the focus will be on constructing the basement structure and completing ground floor slab. Installation of the tower cranes has occurred and signals a key transition point in the project, supporting the move from excavation into full structural construction.

As construction progresses, residents and the wider Melrose Park community can expect to see vertical structure emerging later in the year as the building begins to rise above ground. 

Dawn remains on schedule for completion early in 2028.
