Melrose Park Village June 2025 Project Update

We’re thrilled to share the latest updates from site as we move closer to welcoming you home. There’s been plenty of action – here’s a quick snapshot:

• The scaffolding is coming down! Buildings D, E and F are now fully revealed, and we’re 50% through removal on Buildings A and B. By late-June, all scaffolding will be down – offering a clearer view of what’s to come.
• Green spaces taking shape. Landscaping works are underway on the rooftop garden and podium. Soil is currently being pumped in to support lush planting – with soil depths of up to 1.2m to accommodate future trees and landscaping features.
• Basement works are complete. Services are in, and finishing touches like line marking, storage cages, and sealing will be wrapped up by the end of June.
• In Buildings B and C, the last services works are underway where material hoists were previously located.
• Endeavour Energy has energised the building’s new substation, and the temporary substation on Victoria Road will be removed
  late-June.
• NBN Co is nearly done with fibre and in-apartment device installations.
• Sekisui House internal quality inspections are in full swing across all buildings and will continue through July to ensure everything is just right.
• Resident amenities are in progress, with fitout works underway and beginning to take shape.
• Final survey is on the horizon. The last survey and measurements for the Strata Plan are scheduled for late June.
