Parkview Appointed as Builder for Aeris at Melrose Park

This milestone follows the successful completion of Melrose Park Village, delivered in partnership with Parkview Constructions. The precinct features 421 apartments across six residential buildings, complemented by a vibrant mix of amenities including retail spaces, a gym, sauna, yoga room, dog wash facilities, rooftop areas, landscaped gardens, and communal spaces.

Construction of Aeris is now underway, with completion expected in Q3 2028. Aeris will offer resort-style living and elevated views across Melrose Park and Sydney, complemented by premium amenities and sustainable design.
