Valuations are anticipated to take place in Q1, 2025. Please rest assured that we will continue to guide you through your journey to settlement and advise you when to commence organising your finances.

Once we are ready to accept valuation bookings, we will provide you with an invite to be sent on to your bank or broker, so that they can schedule a valuation for your property.

Yes, Lumia is home to a luxury residents BBQ facility and swimming pool located in the podium area, exclusive to you as residents and your guests.  

The common areas are anticipated to be available for use once you have settled on your property.
