WHY INVEST IN NORTH WEST SYDNEY?

The Sydney residential property market is one of the strongest in the world. The Hills Shire’s Gross Regional Product was estimated at around $10.4 billion in FY2016. The proportion of renters within Baulkham Hills increased from 16.2% to 20.4% over the 2011 – 2016 census periods.

Australia’s largest public transport project will incorporate 31 railway stations across a 66 km route between the Sydney CBD and the north-west growth corridor, representing an investment of around $8.3 billion. Sydney Metro Northwest is delivering 8 new railway stations and 4000 commuter car parking spaces to Sydney’s growing North West. Trains will run every 4 minutes in peak times.

NORWEST

Norwest is approximately 377 hectares in size, making it larger than the Sydney CBD (at around 280 hectares). Norwest Business Park is the thriving commercial core of the Hills Shire, which has operated for over 25 years and includes several major head offices.

A colour scheme to match your taste

Imperial apartments are available in two carefully designed colour schemes. Harvest is a contemporary look that can be enhanced with your favourite colour accents. The sophistication of Harvest’s chic-toned tiles and textured joinery are tempered by cool-white stone benchtops.

The Bloom palette reflects light and warmth and creates a welcoming sense of home. With grainy textured joinery and earthy stone tiles, the Bloom colour scheme creates a natural canvas to express your style.
