Melrose Park Village June Project Update

With good weather over recent months, the project is progressing well as the construction team presses ahead with the early works.

Onsite, the final levels of basement excavation at the northern end of the site are almost complete. The structural piling works and capping beams are now complete on all sides.

In the months ahead the team will complete the underground carpark and then move on to laying the first slab. The crane will also be erected onsite.

The project is scheduled for completion in mid-2025.
