2022 Year in Review

As 2022 draws to a close, the project team has reflected on the milestones achieved this year, and the plans in store for 2023.

We have sold out of our second stage ‘The Residences,’ and seen many happy residents make Melrose Park their new home.

The buildings in our third stage, ‘Pulse & Pavilion’ topped out and are now close to completion, with some essential service connections remaining. Façade cleaning has been undertaken, and we are looking forward to welcoming residents into their new homes in 2023.

Our Display Suite was relocated to 2C Wykoff Lane Melrose Park, to make way for the construction of Stage 4, ‘Melrose Park Village.’ Demolition of the existing Display Suite is complete, and early works for the basement are due to be completed mid-2023.

The next stages of the project are now being designed, after the Department of Planning Industry and Environment rezoned the land adjoining the existing Victoria Road Site development. We are looking forward to the New Year and continuing to share updates with you.
