Melrose Park has been awarded gold in the 2022 Sydney Design Awards in two categories.

Winning both the Architecture - Proposed - Multi Residence (10+ floors) for Stage 4, Melrose Park Village and Architecture - Multi Residence (10+ floors) – Constructed for Stage 2, The Residences, Sekisui House continues to create quality residential apartments that set the benchmark for design excellence.

These awards celebrate the design process and product of planning, space and ambience that reflect functional, technical, social, and aesthetic considerations.
