Melrose Park Village September Project Update

We’re pleased to bring you the latest update on construction at Melrose Park Village.

In an exciting project significant milestone, the first crane has been installed onsite.

We are also getting closer to removing the access ramp across Appleroth Street, allowing for smoother operations for residents and visitors to Melrose Park.

At the northern portion of the site, the scaffolding installation on the northern elevations is underway and will soon be visible from Victoria Road.

Simultaneously, on the southern portion of the site, structural pad footings and in-ground drainage systems are well underway. Watch the video above to find out more.
