Norman Estates Award Finalist for UDIA Award for Excellence 2025

09 July 2025

We are proud to announce that Norman Estates has been recognised as a finalist in the 2025 UDIA NSW Awards for Excellence in the Masterplanned Communities category.

This prestigious recognition celebrates the vision, innovation, and dedication that have shaped Norman Estates into a vibrant, sustainable, and community-focused development. Being named a finalist is a testament to the collaborative efforts of our team, partners, and the broader community who have contributed to bringing this exceptional project to life.

Located within the Gledswood Hills precinct, Norman Estates exemplifies our commitment to creating places that enrich lives and foster a strong sense of belonging. From its thoughtfully designed SHAWOOD homes and green spaces to its lifestyle amenities and community integration, Norman Estates reflects the values at the heart of Sekisui House Australia in collaboration with Australian golfer and real estate mogul Greg Norman.

This nomination follows the broader Gledswood Hills masterplanned community being named the 2022 Best Masterplanned Development in Australia by the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA), further highlighting the long-term vision and excellence embedded in our developments.

Will Messiter, Chief Operating Officer – Residential Communities and Home Building, said of being named finalist:

“This recognition reflects our commitment to creating communities that are not only beautiful but also sustainable and future-ready. Norman Estates is a shining example of how thoughtful masterplanning and design can elevate the way people live, connect, and thrive.”

We extend our congratulations to all fellow finalists across the categories. It’s an honour to be recognised alongside such outstanding developments that are shaping the future of urban living in New South Wales.

This coincides with Norman Estates also being named finalist for the 2025 Urban Developer Development of the Year – New Communities award.
