Sekisui House is proud to introduce SHAWOOD to the Northern Beaches, with two projects delivering bespoke, smart, sustainable homes to the area.
The first project located on the crest of Warriewood will deliver up to 16 signature residences, some with glimpses out to Warriewood Beach. The masterplan is characterised by a centrally located plateau that drops in all directions, featuring Angophora trees and rocky outcrops, which provides an opportunity for a unique integrated development of the site sympathetic to the natural qualities of the landscape. Both the architectural and landscape design will aim to touch the site as lightly as possible, benefiting both future residents and existing wildlife.
The second location on Warriewood Road, backs onto Narrabeen Creek and will deliver 30 SHAWOOD residences. Once complete, the project will showcase the highest standards of community design encompassing landscaping and architecture.
Both projects are scheduled to commence in 2024 and will be offered to the market once construction is underway.
