Sekisui House acquires the Cascadia site and begins to plan the first SHAWOOD community in the Illawarra.
2023
Civil works begin at Cascadia in preparation for our premier land release in the new Calderwood Heights neighbourhood.
2024
Cascadia’s civil works progresses. As well as designs for the first SHAWOOD homes, to be under construction in early 2025.
2025
Cascadia’s commences land sales, SHAWOOD site starts and our first park, a local neighbourhood destination, with play areas and open kickabout spaces begins construction.
