Awarded Winning Building - Aire Norwest

Our second stage of The Orchards - Aire has been awarded a Master Builders Association of New South Wales Excellence in Housing Award for 2022.

Completed earlier this year and designed by multi-award-winning architects Rothelowman, Aire is a landmark building of just 57 nature-inspired apartments. Through construction, Growthbuilt translated the architectural concepts and Sekisui House’s design philosophies into a bespoke building that exceeded all expectations. Aire incorporates the elegant simplicity of Japanese aesthetics with uncompromising quality and the space and style for a truly relaxed lifestyle.
