Development Update September 2018

Imperial, the first stage of The Orchards masterplan community, has reached many milestones in the last month and continues to progress towards completion in January 2019.

All of the scaffolding has been removed, showcasing the opulent floor to ceiling glass windows. The vertical orchard has been installed, giving the exterior a unique feature for all residents to enjoy.

The Imperial rooftop has seen the most activity over the last month. Mature trees have been craned into place and barbeques are ready to be fitted soon. Over 268 solar panels have been installed, creating the first stage of what will become one of the world's largest high rise residential solar systems.

Internally, final finishes are underway on wardrobe installation and flooring. Kitchen joinery and benchtops are nearing completion.

Over 600m of roadworks on the Spurway Drive extension is ready for asphalt installation later this month. The restoration of Stranger's Creek is bringing life to The Orchards and sustainable initiatives have commenced starting with the placement of rain gardens.
