Our partnership with Growthbuilt continues to grow

The Orchards Norwest by Sekisui House is excited to announce that Growthbuilt has been awarded the construction contract for Lumia, Stage 3 of The Orchards masterplan community. Lumia features a beautiful range of 330 apartments in a variety of sizes and designs. Residents will enjoy a range of private and communal spaces including a resort style swimming pool.

Having already collaborated on Aire, Stage 2 of The Orchards Sekisui House is excited to continue our relationship with the Growthbuilt team and commence construction for Lumia this month.
