Veue: where architecture and nature become one

17 April 2026

There is a feeling you search for in a home.

Not just comfort, but calm and meaning. A place where the pace of the outside world softens and something quieter takes its place.

At Veue, that feeling has been carefully designed.

Visualised by Crone Architects, Veue is a living environment shaped around how people want to feel each day. It is architecture that considers the moments in between, the morning light, the pause at day’s end, the way a space can restore without asking.

Philippa Crone, Principal Design at Crone Architects, describes Veue as “a lifestyle address, where architecture, interiors and landscape come together to create a seamless living experience defined by quality, comfort and quiet sophistication.”

The connection is immediate.

As you approach Veue, the architecture reveals itself softly. Curved forms replace hard lines, allowing the building to settle into its landscape. Layers of planting rise through the façade, blurring the boundary between built form and nature, creating something organic and considered.

A strong connection to landscape defines the experience, with generous balconies, natural ventilation and framed outlooks drawing light and air deep into each residence.

At its centre, a landscaped garden forms the quiet heart of the building.

Here, life moves at a slower pace. Light filters through greenery. Paths invite movement. Spaces open for both connection and retreat. It is not a feature, but a feeling that carries throughout.

Inside, the experience becomes personal.

Homes are defined by light and proportion. Floor to ceiling glazing draws the outside in, capturing sky, greenery and views across Norwest. Open plan layouts feel both expansive and intimate, designed to adapt to daily life.

“At Veue, everyday moments are elevated through design, spaces filled with natural light, refined materiality and a strong connection to outdoor living,” Philippa says.

Interiors are elegant and restrained, balancing contemporary form with warm, tactile finishes to create homes that feel enduring and deeply liveable.

Beyond the residences, Veue continues as a place of considered living.

A wellness centre, indoor pool, gymnasium and shared spaces are seamlessly integrated into the landscape, offering moments to reset, connect or pause.

“Veue is shaped around a curated lifestyle offering, where amenity is not an afterthought but an extension of the home, supporting wellness, connection and a sense of community,” Philippa explains.

Despite its calm, Veue remains connected.

Positioned within The Orchards, residents are moments from Norwest’s retail, dining and transport. It is a balance of convenience and retreat, where the energy of the city is always within reach.

As Veue rises, with completion anticipated later this year, its presence is already being recognised. More than half of the residences have been secured by buyers drawn to both location and design.

“Veue establishes a new benchmark for apartment living, combining global standards of quality with a highly considered response to lifestyle, place and longevity,” Philippa adds.

A limited number of homes remain, with one bed residences from $729,000, two bed homes start at $880,000, three bed residences from $1.6 million and luxurious penthouses priced from $2.5 million.

Veue is a place where living well is part of everyday life.
