Construction Update | August 2026

During July, site establishment works were successfully completed, including the relocation of the site sheds to Holdsworth Avenue. This transition supports the next phase of construction and allows works to continue efficiently as the development advances.

Structural works are progressing well, with approximately 45% now complete. As the built form continues to emerge, the scale and character of Waterstone is becoming increasingly evident across the site. 

Façade planning has also commenced, with design development and detailed shop drawings now underway. This important stage will help bring the architectural vision to life, progressing the carefully considered exterior detailing that will ultimately define Waterstone’s distinctive identity. 

Throughout August, construction activity continued across multiple areas of the development. Within Jasper (Building E), suspended structural slab works progressed, while formwork has been removed from the basement levels in preparation for the commencement of installing services.

Within Zenith (Building B), Level 3 construction works are set to commence, while Evora (Building C) will continue its structural progression through Level 2.

With works advancing across several fronts, Waterstone is steadily to take shape with each new milestone, bringing the vision closer to completion.
