Construction Update | June 2026

Works have advanced across multiple fronts. In Jasper (Building E), bulk earthworks are progressing well, with excavation and material removal tracking on program as we work towards key formation levels ahead of the next stage of construction.

Meanwhile, Aella and Zephyr (Buildings A and D) have transitioned into detailed excavation, paving the way for upcoming structural foundation works. Basement slab pours are scheduled in the coming weeks, following completion of key preparation milestones including waterproofing and formwork.

Zenith (Building B) has completed concrete works to Basement Level 2, while Evora (Building C) is advancing through Basement Level 1, supporting the broader program as we move toward the podium level construction.

With reinforcement, formwork, and concrete works planned across the site, the coming weeks will see more visible progress as Waterstone begins to rise.
