Winning Gold in the Architecture – Proposed – Multi Residence (10+ floors) category for Stage 4, Melrose Park Village, emphasises Sekisui House’s commitment to creating quality residential apartments that set the benchmark for design excellence.

This award celebrates the functional, technical, social and aesthetic aspects that were considered in the creative design process.
