Melrose Park Village April 2025 Project Update

We’re thrilled to share the latest milestones as construction progresses smoothly. The project's striking façade is coming to life, with Buildings 5 and 6 now completely free of scaffolding. Over the next four to six weeks, the remaining buildings will follow suit, unveiling the full architectural beauty of the development.

Our rooftop gardens and podium areas are also taking shape, promising tranquil spaces where residents can unwind while enjoying breathtaking views over the Parramatta River and beyond.

In the basement, all services work is now complete, setting the stage for the final finishing touches —line marking, storage cage installations, and final seal works. Meanwhile, Buildings 2 and 3 continue to progress, with final services being installed on the upper levels, while quality inspections are underway in Buildings 4 and 5.

Connectivity is a priority, and we are in the process of rolling out NBN throughout all buildings. Additionally, Endeavour Energy’s new substation is set to be operational in the coming weeks, bringing enhanced infrastructure to the community.
