Roundabout Upgrade Works at Sanctuary - January 2024

Construction of the roundabout and associated civil infrastructure upgrades at the intersection of Hill Road and Burroway Road is expected to commence from week of the 5^th of February 2024.

As part of Sekisui House Australia's obligations with Parramatta Council, works are set to commence at the intersection of Hill Road and Burroway Road. With the works expected to take approximately 14 weeks to complete, please be aware that local detours may be in place with changed traffic conditions during this period of construction.

Upon completion, the civil infrastructure upgrade works are expected to not only improve the traffic but also provide greater pedestrian arrangements for residents of Wentworth Point.
