Willow Construction Update May 2026

We are thrilled to share the latest news from Willow at Sanctuary. Our team has reached major milestones and we are one step closer to welcoming you to your new home. Here is a closer look at the incredible progress on site:

BUILDING H REACHES THE TOP

• Structure Complete: Building H has officially topped out.
• Formwork Removed: All concrete works are now complete, allowing our finishes trades to continue through to the remaining apartments.
• Walls Secured: External wall framing and weatherproofing are fully complete on the tower.

BEAUTIFUL EXTERIOR TOUCHES

• Windows Weatherproofed: Windows are fully installed and water-tested across all towers.
• Lobbies Protected: Level 1 lobby glass is installed and sealed against the elements.
• Stunning Facades: Elegant terracotta cladding is complete across the towers and podium.
• Townhouses Revealed: Brickwork on Levels 1 and 2 is cleaned, and scaffolding is down.

TRANSFORMING INTERIOR SPACES

• Buildings I & J Painted: Internal walls are fully sheeted, primed and beautifully painted.
• Building H Progress: Internal wall installation has climbed all the way to Level 28.
• Welcoming Lobbies: Building J and I lobbies are taking shape with fresh sheeting and paint.
• Grand Entrance: Groundwork has started on the Building H main lobby to prepare for walls.

COMMUNITY & OUTDOOR SPACES

• BBQ Pavilion: Painting has started on the Level 3 outdoor BBQ pavilion area.
• Architectural Columns: The unique external feature columns and soffits are now being painted.
