WILLOW’S FINAL CONSTRUCTION UPDATE BEFORE SETTLEMENT

Willow, Stage 3 of Sanctuary Wentworth Point, is entering the final stages of construction as we prepare to welcome new residents.

Finishing touches are progressing across the residential buildings, with pre-settlement inspections now underway in Buildings J and I. Shared amenities are also coming to life, with the communal kitchen installed, most of the Level 1 landscaping completed, and the palm trees, sunset seating, and playground now in place on Level 3.

The swimming pool is nearing commissioning, while the surrounding decking, walkways, and landscaping are receiving their final touches ahead of summer. The road network around Willow is also approaching completion.
