Sanctuary construction update

On behalf of Sekisui House we would like to welcome our Stage 1 Landing (tower) residents to Sanctuary at Wentworth Point.

As we apply the finishing touches to the development, we hope you are as excited as we are to begin your new waterfront lifestyle provided by Sekisui House.

Our landscaping and roadworks nears completion with local residents and visitors being able to walk and cycle across the new bicycle path along our Linear Park parallel to Hill Road. Once the plants have taken hold in their new home – we will begin to provide access to the public.

The podium landscaping, filled with both exotic and native plant species, is almost complete and we look forward to seeing residents spending their summer days surrounded by nature.

With Stage 1 Landing (tower) scheduled for construction completion in early 2021, residents will see the tower lobby and surrounding landscape take shape as the primary gateway into the Wentworth Point foreshore area.
