Finding a home in Sanctuary - A Resident's Perspective

“We are both active people and often bike along the river. The buildings at Sanctuary always stood out to us, so different to anything else in Wentworth Point. The architecture caught our eye, but once we looked into the project further, we realised how special it really was,” says Eddie.

After looking across Sydney, nothing else compared. The couple purchased a two bedroom in Landing - Stage 1 and haven’t looked back.

“Our lifestyle has changed for the better, physically and emotionally. We have always been active, but now we are surrounded by green open space, bike paths and the world class sports facilities in Sydney Olympic Park. Coming
home at the end of the day, seeing my husband and our fur babies in our apartment, it is a feeling I can’t put into words,” Eddie shares.

Michael agrees. “The view is incredible, every room has one. There is so much light, space and connection to nature. You walk in the door and immediately feel calm.”

The apartment’s thoughtful design and sense of openness stood out. “We love the indoor-outdoor flow and the layout just works. The 180 degree views, sunsets, storms, even fireworks, never get old,” adds Eddie.

Access to green space was a huge drawcard for the couple and their French bulldogs. “It is so important for us. We are on the walking tracks daily and we use the podium level often. We have even made use of the BBQ and car wash bay and are looking forward to the gym, pool and riverside boulevard opening soon.” says Michael.

Finding a home in Sanctuary The convenience of the location is another highlight. “Coles is a block away, great restaurant options are nearby and there are several public transport options. Michael even bikes to work
in Parramatta along the river,” says Eddie.

“The transport options are some of the best in Sydney. Ferry, bus, train, future light rail, it is seamless, and you can be at the airport within 15 minutes. We love it and our fur family loves it. We truly found our place.”
