Approved: Stage 2 Parramatta light rail

The NSW State Government recently announced that Stage 2 of the Parramatta Light Rail has been given the green light with the Government set to allocate $50 million to the project in the state budget.

The NSW State Government announced a preferred route for the second stage of the Parramatta Light Rail that will connect Stage 1 and Parramatta CBD to Ermington, Melrose Park, Wentworth Point and Sydney Olympic Park.

Sanctuary by Sekisui House have proactively taken this into consideration with the masterplan (currently on exhibition) designed to accommodate the future light rail line to come through the site.
