Construction Update on Laguna & Glade April 2024

We are excited to provide you with the latest construction update for Stage 2, Laguna and Glade at Sanctuary by Sekisui House’s waterside community.

Construction of Laguna (Building N) is currently up to Level 11, whilst internal services rough-in and wall framing is underway to Level 6. Level 1 has commenced wall sheeting with internal tiling also set to commence.

On Glade (Building O), Level 6 is currently being poured with the remainder of the structure expected to be complete in the coming week. High level services rough-in and internal framing has commenced on Level 1.
