YOUR LATEST CONSTRUCTION UPDATE ON LAGUNA & GLADE | MAY 2024

Sanctuary Wentworth Point by Sekisui House is excited to share the May construction update for Laguna and Glade, showcasing the excellent progress being made on-site. Our commitment to delivering superior, high-quality homes remains steadfast, ensuring all work meets the highest standards.

Notably, Sekisui House has been awarded a 4 Gold Star iCIRT rating, reflecting our dedication to excellence and commitment to quality.

Construction is now underway to the roof slab of both buildings to Laguna & Glade, with top out of structure expected from the beginning of June.

Laguna (Building N) Internal wall framing and services rough-in is underway to Level 7, whilst internal finishes with undercoat and waterproofing commenced to Level 1.

Glade (Building O) wall framing is currently onto Level 3, whilst installation of windows and sheeting has been completed to Level 1.
