Roundabout Upgrade Works at Sanctuary - March 2024

We would like to inform you that the construction of the roundabout and associated civil infrastructure at the intersection of Hill Road and Burroway Road has encountered delays due to the unexpected discovery of previously unidentified underground services.

Sekisui House Australia, is diligently working on a minor redesign to accommodate these findings. The revised plans will be submitted to the Council for thorough review and approval before construction can resume at the site.
