YOUR LATEST CONSTRUCTION UPDATE ON SANCTUARY | FEBRUARY 2025

We are thrilled to announce that we have successfully achieved a significant milestone by providing permanent power to the building.

Construction of Laguna and Glade is progressing well and nearing completion, with the contractor diligently preparing the units for upcoming purchaser inspections.

Externally, civil stormwater works have commenced on Sanctuary Boulevarde, and landscaping has begun in the Neighbourhood Green.

In the coming weeks, we will provide Laguna and Glade purchasers information regarding organising your finances, bank valuations, pre-completion inspections (PCI), and settlement timelines. We are currently anticipating for settlements to commence in April 2025.
