15 October 2018

Sekisui House has released the latest freestanding terrace home project at its Ecco Ripley masterplanned community in Queensland’s booming Western growth corridor.

Designed and built by Sekisui House, the Park Circuit Terraces in Ecco Ripley’s Lighthaven neighbourhood will feature 19 unique designs.

Each terrace home has been designed to maximise living space with an open plan kitchen, dining, family and outdoor living space.

The first release is currently under construction and consists of 16, three-bedroom, double-storey homes.

Sekisui House Queensland State Sales Manager Scott Blaney said “Sekisui House has combined urban design, architecture, landscape and interior design to deliver the collection of contemporary homes.”

“As with previous releases we’re expecting sales to move quickly, especially with the added bonus of the small deposit and no body corporate fees which is a huge benefit for buyers.

“Construction is progressing well and a select number of homes will be complete and ready to move into by Christmas,” he said.

The release is Sekisui House’s third terrace home offering within Ecco Ripley, with the Park Circuit Terraces located adjacent to green open space and just a short walk to the brand-new state-of the-art Faye Carr Park which features custom made play equipment suitable for all ages, including three giant rocket ships, swings, slides, and zip lines, plus multi-purpose courts, outdoor gym, kickabout areas and much more.

Daniel and Gay Baxter were among the buyers drawn to Ecco Ripley’s previous terrace homes release.

The couple who had been looking for an investment property purchased in the Parkview Parade Terrace release last year.

“We decided to purchase at Ecco Ripley because it was somewhere we could see ourselves living, and we felt like that was an important consideration when buying an investment property.

“We love everything about the home and bought it immediately after our first viewing. No body corporate fees were a major attraction for us as it’s just one less expense,” Mr Baxter said.

“Our terrace home at Ecco Ripley has been a great investment, particularly with the Ripley Town Centre so close, you have all the amenities you could need right on the doorstep,” Mr Baxter said.

Park Circuit Terraces offer a complete home solution where everything is taken care of from the landscaping, fencing, window coverings, and light fittings.

Achieving a minimum 6-star energy rating and constructed with a Truecore steel frame, Sekisui House has also worked with renowned suppliers such as Colorbond, Silestone, Formica and Caroma to create a stylish finish.

Park Circuit Terrace homes range from 133sq m to 152 sqm and conveniently positioned 11 minutes from Ipswich CBD and 40 minutes from Brisbane CBD.
